Seafood in Vietnam is a whole unique world of new sensations, even for the most sophisticated gourmet. We have prepared a list of seafood that is definitely worth a try.

Crab meat contains a unique complex of vitamins, microelements and amino acids. It has a lot of polyunsaturated fatty acids and antioxidants. Crabs are cooked on a grill, boiled with lemongrass and other fragrant herbs, the real highlight of Vietnamese cuisine is fried crabs with tamarind.

Sweet-tasting octopus meat has great nutritional value, it is rich in protein, vitamins, microelements, and fatty acids involved in the body’s metabolic processes. In Vietnam, they are boiled and grilled, and also added to various exotic salads and snacks.
